Lisa Wu
Managing Partner
Lisa provides strategic corporate advisory services and commercial advice to nascent stage Fintech projects with a focus on the Web3 industry, assisting them to navigate potential regulatory, compliance and legal pitfalls. She has been a mentor for companies that were incubated under the Binance Labs Incubation Program** and Cronos Accelerator Programme.
Prior to working at SCG, Lisa began her career as a corporate and fund formations lawyer at Sidley Austin LLP, Clifford Chance LLP and Allens Linklaters specialising in corporate financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and investment fund formation, both in the traditional assets and alternative assets space, including establishment of cryptocurrency and venture capital funds. Her practice has expanded to become a strategic advisor to emerging growth companies and investors in a variety of transactions, from formation through funding and exits.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from the University of Sydney, Australia and is dual qualified and admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
Felix Wang
Principal Consultant
Felix is a Taiwan-qualified lawyer with over 20 years of expertise in venture capital, private equity, cross-border investments, and global legal affairs. Before joining Synergy Consulting,
Felix spent over a decade at law firms as an experienced corporate and litigation lawyer. From 2017, he served as Group General Counsel at Nogle, where he was deeply engaged in payment systems, blockchain, cryptocurrency exchange operations, and investments in crypto venture capital and hedge funds.
Felix led a global team overseeing the legal affairs of BTSE, a top 10 derivatives exchange, contributing to its expansion across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, the United Arab Emirates, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, and Gibraltar. He secured numerous licenses and registrations for BTSE, enhancing its product offerings and driving operational growth across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Felix has a Master of Law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He was recognized by InterContinental Finance Magazine as one of the Top 500 lawyers in 2017.
